Through the observation of microstructure and crack morphology, properties causes F92/Super304H dissimilar steel welding joint filled with ERNiCr-3 wire was analyzed. Results show distributed along crystal located between dendrites or subcrystals in center near 4th 5th weld layers. Both consistent direction cells formed on free solidification surface can be observed surface. The identified as because its typical morphological characteristics metal crack. reason for width layers 16 ∼ 21mm one bead each layer. wide caused to stay at high temperature a long time, generated coarse developed direction. Elements such Ni, Nb, Si Ti have segregated form low melting point eutectic Ni-Nb Ni-Si.
